Refund Policy

We design our products to help you eliminate stress and entertain yourself every day. However, it is possible that our products do not fully suit you, and it is possible to make an exchange or a refund if and only if the merchandise (even defective) is returned. Do not hesitate to contact us before placing an order if you are not sure that our products are suitable for you, we will answer all your questions.

Deadline:

Our policy lasts 14 days . If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging .
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase .

Refunds:

For any refund request, please contact us at the following email address: contact@rage-off.com . Please send us the reason for your return as well as your order number and our after-sales service team will contact you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and your credit card or original method of payment will be automatically credited, within 3 to 10 Business Days.

Partial Refunds:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Delayed or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:

We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged . If you need to replace yours with the same item, please send us an email to contact@rage-off.com and we will give you shipping instructions.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item . Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to them and they will find out about your return.

Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted .
